What Do I Offer?

**Please note that some of these services are dependent on the package plan you choose to buy. More information about pricing plans will follow.

Live Music: Professional, highly-skilled, and diverse Piano Accompaniment for your Wedding.

Richly varied music: Music drawn from my extensive and diverse repertoire including Classical, Contemporary, Pop/Rock, Popular Classics, Jazz Standards, and Disney

Personalization: You choose which genres you want to be played, or not played. Choose a theme such as "classy", "retro", or "traditional" and I will play accordingly.**

 

First Dance: You have the freedom to choose which song I play for your first dance. You may also choose not to have piano accompaniment during your first dance. 

 

Timeliness: You can expect me to arrive 30-45 minutes early to your event, to ease your mind that all is in place and ready-to-go.

 

Wedding Ceremony Choice: You choose which song to walk down the aisle to, and which song you'd like to be played during the Recessional. No song, even if there is no piano in it, is exempt from request.

Customized Playlists: 
Choose up to 30 songs or choose up to 60 songs of your own choosing across any genre and enjoy a custom, curated playlist to be included in my accompaniment.**

 

Transportation of Piano to Your Venue: If your venue does not have a piano, I have you covered. For a fee, I will transport my own digital console piano and premium sound system to your wedding venue.

Personal Requests: I love and encourage personal, specific requests from you! My piano experience is such that I guarantee I will be able to meet any personal request from you.  

1-on-1 Customer Care: When booking with me, I will work with you as needed step-by-step until we reach your desired goals and idea for your event. I will be available every day of the week, and will respond within 24 hours of any inquiry.

I offer three packages to suit your needs and budget. The Essential Package (2 hours) provides basic live music at an affordable rate. The Deluxe Package (3 hours) adds more song options and enhanced personalization. The Luxury Package offers unlimited playing time, custom playlists, a custom flower/bouquet preservation and attendance at ANY event for the ultimate experience. Choose the package that best fits your special day.

  • What is your company all about?
    Utah Wedding Keys, owned by professional pianist Ben Vore, is dedicated to providing personalized and tailored musical experiences for weddings. We involve customers in every step of the process to ensure their vision comes to life. With a rich repertoire that includes beloved classics, pop and rock favorites, innovative contemporary pieces, show tunes, Disney songs, and more, Ben Vore delivers professional and memorable piano accompaniments that make any wedding an unforgettable occasion.
  • What services does your company offer?
    We offer live piano music for weddings, including professional piano accompaniment during ceremonies, receptions, and other wedding-related events. Our packages range from the Essential Package to the Deluxe and Luxury Packages, providing different levels of customization and duration of live music. Or get a custom quote based on your details.
  • What are the details of your packages?
    Essential Package ($250): Up to 2 hours of professional piano accompaniment. Music is chosen from Ben's personal repertoire, including a mix of Classical, Contemporary, Pop-Rock, Popular Classics, Jazz, and Disney. You can choose specific songs for the Processional and Recessional. Deluxe Package ($450): Up to 3 hours of live piano music. You can choose which genres to include or exclude and create a custom playlist of up to 30 songs. This package allows for personalized Processional and Recessional songs. Luxury Package ($800): Unlimited hours of live piano music. You can add up to 60 songs to a custom playlist and request music for various events beyond the ceremony and reception. This package includes personalized songs for the Processional and Recessional and other special moments. As a bonus, luxury package members also get free services from Kate Vore, who makes custom flower/bouquet preservations.
  • Can I request specific songs to be played at my wedding?
    Yes, with the Deluxe and Luxury Packages, you can create a custom playlist. The Deluxe Package allows up to 30 songs, while the Luxury Package allows up to 60 songs. For personal quotes, you do have the option to request specific songs as well.
  • Do you offer any exclusive services?
    Yes, we offer an exclusive floral/bouquet preservation and framing service by Kate Vore available through the Luxury Package or individual purchase for $150.
  • What if the venue doesn't have a piano?
    If your venue does not have a piano, you can pay a transportation fee of $125 for Ben to bring his Donner DDP-100 Digital Piano and premium sound equipment to the venue.
  • Who is Ben Vore?
    Ben Vore is a 24-year-old professional pianist and a senior at BYU, studying Neuroscience with a secondary focus on Spanish. He has over 20 years of experience in piano, having started lessons at the age of 4.
  • What is Ben's musical background?
    Ben has a diverse musical background, including Classical (Renaissance, Baroque, Romantic, 20th/21st Century), Contemporary, New Age, Avant-Garde, Pop-Rock, Latin, Musical Theatre/Film Score, Jazz, Soul, Rhythm & Blues, Ragtime, Folk, Country & Western, Gospel, and Liturgical music. He has extensive experience in various musical settings, including professional accompaniment for private events and weddings, performance pianist roles at prestigious venues, choral accompaniment, national piano solo competitions, and more.
  • What makes Ben's piano skills unique?
    Ben has a special gift for sight-reading, which allows him to learn new pieces quickly. His adeptness at learning any song enables him to craft a personalized and unique playlist for your wedding, ensuring every musical need is met with precision and creativity.
  • Is there a way to hear Ben's live piano performances?
    Yes, you can listen to recordings of Ben's live piano performances on the website for your reference. Just click the "videos" tab. You can also listen to him play on some of his social media posts, which profiles are linked by the icons displayed throughout the website.
  • How do I get in contact with Utah Wedding Keys?
    You can fill out any of the contact forms at the bottom of any page on our website, call Ben at (432) 770-2680, or email UtahWeddingKeys@gmail.com. Ben is available to talk on the phone every day from 8 AM to 10 PM and will respond to emails and chat messages within 24 hours.
  • How do I book your services?
    You can book your date and make your payment easily on our website by going to the "Book Online" tab. If you receive a price quote and accept, you will receive an invoice via email.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    There is a cancellation fee of $100 if you cancel within 2 weeks of your event date and $50 if you cancel within a month of your event date.
  • Is there a referral program?
    Yes, there is a referral program. You get $50 off when your friend books a date, and the referred friend will get a 20% discount off their order.
  • I'm having technical difficulties. What should I do?
    Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Update your browser to the latest version. Try to recreate the issue on different browsers and see if it still happens. Disable all of your browser add-ons (extensions and plugins) for the duration of the troubleshoot. Disable any anti-virus software for the duration of the troubleshoot. Try a different computer.
